Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SalesTrakkr's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

SalesTrakkr is a sales analytics platform that aggregates transaction data from multiple e-commerce platforms (including Etsy, eBay, Stripe, Gumroad, and others) into a unified dashboard. The Service allows you to:

• Connect multiple e-commerce platforms via OAuth
• Sync and view sales transaction data
• Track revenue and performance metrics
• Manage platform connections

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Platform Connections and OAuth

Authorization

When you connect a third-party platform (Etsy, eBay, Stripe, Gumroad, etc.) to SalesTrakkr, you authorize us to:

• Access your transaction data through the platform's API
• Store and process this data to provide the Service
• Sync data automatically on a scheduled basis

Read-Only Access

SalesTrakkr uses read-only API access. We cannot and will not:

• Modify your shop settings, listings, or products
• Create, update, or cancel orders
• Process payments or refunds
• Change prices or inventory
• Post on your behalf

Third-Party Terms

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform. You acknowledge that:

• We do not control third-party platforms
• Platform APIs may change without notice
• Platforms may revoke API access at their discretion
• You must maintain valid accounts with connected platforms

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with 1 platform connection. No credit card is required for the trial. Your trial automatically expires after 7 days unless you subscribe.

Paid Plans

After your trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan:

• Solo: $5/month or $50/year - 1 platform connection
• Starter: $15/month or $99/year - Up to 3 platform connections

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid payment information
• All fees and charges incurred under your account
• Any applicable taxes

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service (except as provided)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data collection, use, and sharing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any transaction data, sales information, or other content you provide through connected platforms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SalesTrakkr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party API downtime or changes
• Data sync delays or failures
• Loss or corruption of data
• Service interruptions

Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms
• Changes to third-party APIs or services
• Suspension or termination of your third-party accounts
• Third-party platform policies or terms

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESTRAKKR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SalesTrakkr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any law or regulation

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
• All OAuth tokens are revoked
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Notify you via email for material changes
• Post a notice on the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@salestrakkr.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesTrakkr regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
